Q: Do the t-shirts fit on the smaller side?

A: We find most of the shirts run a little small/have a more slender fit, especially the Short Sleeve Tees. We would recommend sizing up one or two sizes, depending on how loosely you prefer things to fit. Please always make sure to consult the sizing chart on each product to ensure the correct fit.

Q: Why is my t-shirt made to order?

A: We use print-on-demand to ensure there is less waste from over manufacturing, but it also has the benefit of allowing us to offer more sizes, styles and colours as each item is custom-printed just for you!

Q: How long will it take for my t-shirt to get made?

A: Because of the custom print process, the shirt first needs to be printed and then gets shipped directly to you. The whole printing process (from the time the order is received) should take approximately 5-8 business days. Then shipping is an additional 5-12 business days, depending on where it is going.
